The Penguin Room is connected to True Chesapeake Oyster Co. who is one of our exclusive catering partners! If you select True Chesapeake as your caterer, you gain access to their restaurant space for a buyout and have more space and flexibility to structure your event!

Frequently asked questions
Whitehall Mill is equipped with an on-site parking lot, and we also have a satellite lot available for larger gatherings. We require the use of valet or shuttle services for events through our exclusive partner, RiteWay Valet.

Our catering costs typically range from $110-$180 per person which may include your food, bar, service, and rentals (linens, china, flatware, glassware, etc). Each of our partners offer flexible packages and are happy to design custom menus to meet your needs.
All ceiling installations must be handled by a licensed and insured vendor, and we do not permit the following items: confetti, silly string, hay, balloons (outdoors), artificial petals (outdoors), and open flame. Candles are fine as long as they are contained in a hurricane vessel.

We must adhere to Baltimore City's residential noise ordinance, so all of our events must end by 10:00pm and clean-up must be complete by 11:00pm.
